1.Introduction

This policy applies to users of the Bintern platform who have paid or want to pay for a certain service, such as: monthly fee, annual subscription and promotion of the announcement.

2. Delivery (enabling) of services

Customers who have paid for a particular service that is listed in the introductory part, will receive the same service as soon as the bank confirms the success of the transaction. The service is delivered within a maximum of one hour in depending on how long the electronic payment system will confirm it the transaction.

3. Customer support and transaction verification
